A special preparation for the Garment Industry

 

The following contains a series of specialized and progressive action-learning seminars that is proposed in order to update and improve the capacity of the Garment people. The seminar topics and the order in which they appear are designed to give an overall view of the issues and context of the fashion world in a step-by-step logical sequence.

The eight seminars cover the basic and necessary knowledge for the employees and executives to succeed in their tasks, work with efficiency and reach the level required to compete globally.

Project objectives

 .   To empower the people from every department in the companies to embrace and contribute to the growth in the new and fast changing era of the fashion business.

·        To define the exact role of the “merchandisers” and give them the appropriate training for them to achieve the international standard.  

·        To build the capacity of the people of the fashion companies to meet the complex challenge of meeting the demands of the consumers and the strong competition locally and internationally.

·        To promote a sustainable approach to design, management, production and marketing whereby everyone is considered an important link to the overall success of the company.

·        To build a culture of design-based business where lifelong learning is the key to sustainable growth.

·        To develop a package of well co-coordinated, balanced design and business strategies, which will overcome the barriers to sustainable growth.
